Technology is used selectively where it adds clinical value; the treatment plan remains driven by disease biology, anatomy, evidence and multidisciplinary review.

Multidisciplinary care
Complex HPB cancer care benefits from coordinated review across surgery, radiology, pathology, oncology and other relevant disciplines.
The MDT pathway supports integrated treatment planning and provides a structured route for referring clinicians seeking multidisciplinary review of difficult pancreatic, liver and biliary cases.
Request MDT reviewGood cancer care begins with the right team. Early multidisciplinary discussion brings together surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, pathologists and other specialists to confirm staging and agree on the safest sequence of treatment. Choosing a team with expertise in the particular cancer is important: decisions about chemotherapy, surgery and advanced endoscopy should be coordinated from the outset.
For referring doctors
Referrals are welcome for definitive surgical management, advanced endoscopy, second opinion or multidisciplinary review.
Urgent biliary obstruction, difficult ERCP, suspected pancreatic malignancy and complex HPB oncology referrals can be directed to the practice team.
